Important: ProxyAZ follows a mandatory 14-day refund policy. Refund requests made after 14 calendar days from the purchase date are not eligible under any circumstances.

1.1 Refund Eligibility Window

Refunds may be requested within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the service has not been fully used or consumed. Requests made after this period will be declined automatically.

1.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and similar methods: Refunds are available within 14 days if your account is closed and the purchased service remains unused.
Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunds may be issued within 14 days only for account closure or undelivered products. Processing time: 3 calendar days after approval.

1.3 Failure to Deliver

If ProxyAZ fails to deliver a purchased product or service, you are entitled to a full refund (100%) within the 14-day window.

1.4 Service Usage

If a proxy or bandwidth-based service has been used less than 10% of the purchased limit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds apply only to single proxy purchases — not bulk or recurring purchases.

1.5 Auto-Renewals

Auto-renewed services are refundable only if the refund request is made within 14 days after renewal. Please contact support immediately to cancel or request a refund.

1.6 Technical Competence

Refunds are not available in cases where users lack the technical knowledge to configure or use ProxyAZ services. ProxyAZ does not provide training or personal setup assistance.

1.7 Non-Refundable Uses

Refunds will not be granted if the proxies or services have been used in any of the following cases:

Survey, gambling, or dating websites
Social media automation, spam, or mass account creation leading to bans (Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
Any violations described in our Appropriate Use Policy

1.8 Human-Driven Services

All ProxyAZ services are fully automated. No manual or human-operated custom services are offered.

Note: Refunds are available only if requested within 14 days of purchase or renewal. No exceptions apply. Refunds will always be processed back to the original payment method.
